class=\"fusion-text\"><h3>Justificaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>En el entorno actual de los negocios, los directivos de las organizaciones se encuentran cotidianamente\u00a0 enfrentados a situaciones de mayor competitividad, ya sea un acuerdo contractual con clientes o proveedores, posibles soluciones a un conflicto laboral o un convenio de alcance internacional.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las veces\u00a0 la negociaci\u00f3n se realiza de manera natural, sin una formaci\u00f3n o entrenamiento previo y esto se debe a que el ser humano desde su nacimiento y hasta la edad adulta est\u00e1 intercambiando una cosa por otra, esto es llanto por comida, alimento por juguetes, trabajo por dinero, otros.<\/p>\n<p>En el campo laboral al igual que en el \u00e1mbito personal, el conflicto se encuentra presente y afecta en mayor o menor grado la productividad de las personas, es por esto que al directivo no se le solicita que lo evite sino que lo maneje de manera constructiva, raz\u00f3n por la que se hace necesario contar en las organizaciones con negociadores preparados, creativos, flexibles y que dominen t\u00e9cnicas eficaces de negociaci\u00f3n orientadas a generar relaciones ganar &#8211; ganar con el fin de lograr un buen desempe\u00f1o y por ende organizaciones viables y rentables en el largo plazo.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><h3>Objetivo<\/h3>\n<p>Generar espacios que promuevan la incorporaci\u00f3n de competencias estrat\u00e9gicas asociadas con los procesos de negociaci\u00f3n, de tal manera que se potencialice la consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos propuestos en beneficio propio y del correcto equilibrio entre las expectativas de las entidades participantes, logrando:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ls-pr-form\">\n<li>La comprensi\u00f3n de los elementos claves en un
