es un organismo complejo y no existe un m\u00e9todo sencillo para evaluarlo. La tarea de evaluar se complica a\u00fan m\u00e1s cuando se trata de hacer una gesti\u00f3n integral del talento humano, el \u201cbuen candidato\u201d, en t\u00e9rminos absolutos, no existe. Una persona solo es buen candidato si se le coloca en una tarea profesional que satisfaga sus necesidades, utilice sus capacidades y formaci\u00f3n y se le estimule para alcanzar una posici\u00f3n acorde con su nivel \u00f3ptimo de capacidad.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo predecir el \u00e9xito que obtendr\u00e1 un candidato en su futuro puesto de trabajo?, \u00bfc\u00f3mo saber si el seleccionado es el m\u00e1s adecuado entre todos los entrevistados?. Estas son algunas de las preguntas que se repiten constantemente en las organizaciones. Los errores en los procesos de selecci\u00f3n suponen cuantiosas p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas, tanto para las organizaciones como para las personas, quienes al ser evaluados en un mal proceso de selecci\u00f3n quedan con experiencias negativas que les impiden participar desprevenidamente en nuevos procesos en los que quiz\u00e1s su perfil le hace el candidato id\u00f3neo para dicha posici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La entrevista de eventos conductuales o eventos cr\u00edticos y el assessment center son herramientas que le brindan a las organizaciones la oportunidad de seleccionar la persona adecuada tanto a nivel interno como externo a la misma, y ubicar o reubicar a las personas seg\u00fan sus habilidades, son m\u00e9todos fiables en el reconocimiento de las competencias clave y gen\u00e9ricas correspondientes a cada cargo.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><h3>Objetivo<\/h3>\n<p>Brindar a los participantes las condiciones para revisar y aprender conceptos b\u00e1sicos de selecci\u00f3n por competencias, t\u00e9cnicas de entrevista y aplicaci\u00f3n de herramientas, basadas en el modelo de competencias labores, facilit\u00e1ndoles el desarrollo de habilidades en el
